Tonight on Hardball, zany Chris Matthews said Trump must be coming unglued because at 1:30 in the morning Trump tweeted NO RUSSIA COLLUSION-RIGGED WITCH HUNT, yet if Trump really were coming unglued, why would he let everybody know by tweeting that in all caps, so isn’t more likely that he did it just for fun to mess with the sensibilities of such as Chris?
