Excellent Kansas gubernatorial candidate Chris Kobach is leading the establishment Republican candidate Jeff Colyer by 11 points, 37% to 26%, looking good for constitutional nationalism in Kansas where Kobach was the only politician to have backed Trump during the presidential campaign.
