Might Russia’s president Putin pull-out-of Syria completely (or out-of-all but the port of Tartus), and/or reduce his economic and military cooperation with Iran, in exchange for continuing to be allowed to export much gas to Europe while the U. S. builds more gas export capacity for future contingencies?
