If Roe v. Wade would be overturned, abortion would still be legal in states such as New York, Illinois, and California (by public referenda), so all the pro abortion people across the land would have to do is raise money for the travel of the pregnant women wanting an abortion. Many states would probably decide to allow abortion but on a more restricted basis, while a few might throw it out completely, the Tenth Amendment in action, appropriate because abortion is not discussed in the Constitution, and because abortion was illegal in the United States for 200 years until the Roe v. Wade decision.
