Possible Supreme Court nominee Amy Barrett, the bane of all leftists, would be a great pick for Trump because the Democrat congresspersons from the states won by Trump are against the wall, seeing that if they too aggressively obstruct Barrett’s rise to the Supreme Court, they’ll lose in the midterms, with no downside for Trump who could always withdraw his nomination of Barrett for one of the others should the resistance to Barrett extend past the midterm elections.
