As we await president Trump’s announcement of his new Supreme Court nominee on Monday, July 9th, all Americans should remember Antonin Scalia’s words that the Supreme Court is not there to say what the laws should be (by judicial fiat), remembering too that Scalia was confirmed by the Senate 98 to 0.
