By tweet tonight, president Trump responded to Robert De Niro’s rant against him by saying De Niro is punch-drunk from all the shots he’s taken from real boxers (for Raging Bull) and that De Niro is “a low IQ individual,” the combination which causes De Niro (whom Trump now calls Punchy) to act that way.
