Perhaps the most prolific expositor of “end times” prophecy (there will be a new heaven and earth) is Jan Markell on her Understanding the Times radio broadcast (you can hear it on the American Family Radio stations or at her website Olive Tree Ministries), Markell who became born again in response to the preaching of Hyman Appleman, a jewish immigrant from Russia who obtained a law degree in the U. S., became a lawyer, then was born again after reading from a Gideon’s Bible, lonely in a hotel room, eventually to begin evangelism with such as Billy Sunday all over America.
