Mountains of Ararat Composed of Pillow Basalts Twas Lava Extruded Into Water Receding at Close of Noah’s Flood

The Word says in Genesis that when Noah’s Flood was ending, the (new) mountain-tops peaked through the receding floodwater which covered the whole earth, one of those mountains, Ararat, on which the Ark landed, and corroborating this is the special geologic nature of the mountains of Ararat, composed of “pillow basalts” which were extruded into water for that pillow-like appearance!
