The Democrats in Congress have no excuse to not begin moving with president Trump’s infrastructure proposals because each proposal can be passed individually, piecemeal, and considering most of the money will be provided by the states and investors in the projects, only the really essential projects to be targeted by each state, with greater oversight by each state rather than by the feds.
