When evidence for warrants to surveil U. S. citizens is presented to FISA courts, the presenters are obligated to present all of the evidence including that which casts shade on the issuance of the warrant, but James Comey and Loretta Lynch did not make sure that the FISA judges knew Team Hillary paid for the Golden Shower Dossier from Cody Shearer and Jonathan Winer through Christopher Steele.
