This morning Joe Scarborough, talking about removing presidents, recalled (to Mika’s great chagrin and the panels’ horror) that the Clintons’ worst crime was their pay-for-play with the Chinese, U. S. missile technology to the Chinese by a sneaky ok from the secretary of commerce Ron Brown because no other cabinet member would ok the deal, pay-for-play like their Uranium One scheme.
