Jeff Sessions could say that a new special counsel to look into ObamaGate would be considered an investigation into Russian collusion (some of the Golden Shower Dossier material supposedly from the Russians, but probably from Sidney Blumenthal or Cody Shearer), so Sessions would say he’ll recuse from that investigation too, which would put it back in Rod Rosenstein’s hands again!
