DACA People Could See Permanent Resident Status Without Voting Rights Until Border Security Will Be Achieved

Translate:

With most of the voting public supporting secure borders and the end of chain migration, president Trump and the Republicans in Congress should insist that these be achieved, and until then the DACA people can be granted permanent resident status in the U. S., without voting rights, which certainly can be enforced because the people claiming DACA status all filed with the federal government during the Obama administration and so can be cross-checked with voter rolls.
