David Frum (a supporter of Jeb!) says the Republicans on Capitol Hill are terrified of Trump’s base and don’t understand them, as if Trump’s supporters are creatures from another planet who know how to vote, and Frum says high taxes are necessary for our day, that in Reagan’s day it was good to have cut taxes but not today with president Trump at the helm.
