The Only Small Businesses Which Would Not Invest Tax Bill Cash Back are Those Not Wanting to Increase Gross Revenue

If a bank provided not a business loan rather a gift of equal amount to a growing business, no strings attached, wouldn’t the owner(s) of the business still spend that money to improve that company’s moneymaking capacity as they would have with the business loan, and isn’t the prospect of not having to payback that infusion of capital into the business even more alluring to small business owners? So the tax bill going through the U. S. Congress now will surely increase hiring by small businesses intent on growing to better compete, not intent on stagnating.
