Swamp-king senator Mitch McConnell is saying that if Roy Moore is elected, he will be the subject of senate ethics committee investigations, but accusations against a senator which (supposedly) took place before his/her service in the Senate are off limits because it’s presumed the senator was elected after having been vetted by the voters of his/her state.
