Elohim presents heaven in ways we can understand, such as that one who becomes born again late in his/her life can still expect a full days wages in eternity, yet the bonuses, the further rewards for good service of the Kingdom during the born again continuum begun at some point in one’s life, would probably be not so much due to the relative brevity of service.
