Those who pray often know that sometimes it’s an effort to bend the knee for earnest communication with Elohim, it’s a sacrifice in a way, to take time out from what the carnal person is usually doing and thinking to instead concentrate as fully as-can-be on what Spirit has to say, that communication which usually invigorates the soul and spirit making that sacrifice of prayer well worth the effort!
