The date 2193 b. c. for the submergence of Atland in the book Oera Linda is the same date for Noah’s Flood in 19th century Frisian and Dutch almanacs (it really was circa 2350 b. c.), so the authors of the renditions of the Oera Linda written during the Christian era (in 9th and 13th centuries) apparently took liberty in ignorance to equate the date of the limited flooding of Atland (the end of the Ice Age) with the date apparently anciently cited for Noah’s Flood, the flooding of Atland (Atlantis) which actually was almost a millennium after Noah’s Flood.
