Roy Moore is Beating Luther Strange 41% to 31% After Half the Vote Counted Seems Those Two Will Have Runoff Election

With about half of the precincts reporting their vote counts in Alabama, Roy Moore is leading Luther Strange but apparently will not gain 50%, so they’ll have a runoff when likely Moore will win because most of the supporters of third place finisher Mo Brooks are Tea Party like Moore.
