Not only was the Obama administration aware that North Korea had the capability to apply a nuke warhead to a ballistic missile back in 2013, during Obama’s negotiations with Iran in 2015, North Korea transferred to Iran the same capability, so the shakedown or takedown of Iran must happen soon too.
