If Al Gore has been serious for the last thirty years about global warming and the resultant rise of the sea predicted, then why does he own oceanfront property? And if it supposedly will soon begin to happen, why isn’t Al selling and why doesn’t he start a genius insurance company for oceanfront property owners to hedge their bets in not selling?
