Drought Conditions Happen Because of Less Cloud Cover for Less Rain so Less Evaporation Off Upwind Ocean the Culprit

Translate:

Upper Mesopotamia had a prolonged drought from 2007 to 2010, blamed of course on global warming, but increased atmospheric temperatures cause more evaporation off the ocean (the Mediterranean sea in this case) which causes more clouds for rain, not less, it’s simply the hydrologic cycle learned in grade school, what the climate change alarmists expediently ignore.
