Crushed Democrats in Congress are seeking president Trump’s removal from office on the grounds that he’s incapacitated by mental illness, so apparently they think that Hillary Clinton’s state-of-mind and body are just grand, and that tweeting to neuter the globalists’ agenda is a sign of mental illness.
