Several people at the scene today of the shooting spree by the Bernie supporter James Hodgkinson reported that it took 10 minutes for the local police to arrive, there in the metropolitan area of D. C., the nation’s capital, which makes you wonder where were the dozen or so officers who should have been within a mile or two radius of the scene?
