Julian Assange certainly has implied that Seth Rich was the one who gave the DNC emails to WikiLeaks because Rich was sickened about the way the DNC was treating Bernie, and Assange has always said that neither the Russians nor any other nation state party provided those telling DNC emails to him, so the investigation into the involvement of the Russians will surely shut down if it’s proven that it was Rich who stole the emails, gave them to WikiLeaks, and then was murdered for it.
