By insurance companies having to compete, but not forced to insure those with preexisting conditions, premium rates and deductibles paid by consumers will drop according to market forces, the problem then the uninsurable people, so wouldn’t it be great if foundations would step-up to help fill the gap, perhaps offering preventive care and lifestyle consultation services, as well as cash by tax deductible donations where the liberal (and conservative) rich could step-up-to-the-plate?
